Stop retyping the same information.

Quoted after a fit review.

We confirm feasibility, specialist availability, deliverables, timing, and price before you commit. Software subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately. Extra workflows and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Our approach

Prove the small thing.
Then build on it.

AI is useful when it improves the work. If a simpler automation will do the job, that is where we start.

01

Map the bottleneck

Look at your current process, tools, and volume. Establish a baseline and decide what success means.

02

Agree the pilot

Choose one workflow. Set milestones, acceptance checks, costs, and access requirements in writing.

03

Build & review

Match a specialist to the work and test representative examples. Keep approval steps where they matter.

04

Hand over clearly

Review results together. Provide operating notes, explain limits, and define any follow-on support.

A project-specific team

Before work begins, we will identify who is involved, their responsibilities, and any access they need to your systems or data. Specialist contractors may work remotely from overseas.

Before we start

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

We start by checking what you already use and whether it can connect reliably. Any new tools, paid plans, or integration limits will be included in the proposal.

Can you guarantee savings or perfect AI answers?

No. Results depend on your process, data, and usage. A pilot establishes what works, what needs review, and whether the improvement justifies the ongoing cost.

How will you handle access to our information?

We agree the systems, data, specialist access, and AI providers before work starts. Initial enquiries should describe the task without including customer records, credentials, or confidential documents.

What happens after the project?

The proposal will define handover, ownership and access, any included correction period, and support options. Ongoing monitoring or changes require an agreed support scope.

Do you have client results we can review?

Flowing Robots is a new consultancy. We do not yet publish client case studies. The workflow shown here is illustrative; we will agree how to demonstrate a proposed solution before a wider rollout.

Your first project

Which task would you
take off your list?

Describe one recurring problem and the tools involved. A useful starting point is a task your team already does every week.
